Client : Norfolk Design and ConstructionWe are working with Norfolk Design & Construction on the conversion of 10 townhouses formerly owned by the Boston Housing Authority to affordable home ownership units. Each home will have three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, updated all-electric and energy efficient building systems, and renovated living areas that make the compact units more livable and functional. The site features a shared garden, vehicular and bike parking and a chidrens play area. When complete, the units will be available to purchase for buyers making no more than 80% of the area median income.
