Featuring a large south facing roof, photovoltaic array and geothermal heating and cooling, the house exceeds net-zero performance, producing more energy than it consumes.
With entry and bedrooms located on the ground floor, the second floor is reserved for shared spaces. A large roof deck anchors the more private end of the second floor on the East, while the West is defined by views to the lake and a hung loft net that becomes the ideal place to lounge and observe the lake and surrounding woods.
